Every family client of Ancora has a service team assigned to handle any need that might arise including contributions and withdrawals from your account(s). The team includes a lead relationship manager who acts as the point person on the account, lead portfolio manager, lead administrator and lead lifetime planner where applicable.
In addition to monthly custodial brokerage statements, we prepare comprehensive reports from leading portfolio accounting and performance reporting software in addition to lifetime planning reports from MoneyGuide Pro. All reports are available in hard copy or electronic distribution format depending on each client’s preference.
We will facilitate all account related services within each client’s third-party custodian. Clients have the opportunity to sign up for 24x7 electronic access to their accounts via a password protected log in directly with their custodian.
We meet regularly with clients to review all aspects of their lifetime plan and investment portfolio. These meetings take place face to face and via phone calls, but at all times your team will be accessible and responsive to your planning and portfolio related questions.
We will work very closely with your legal, estate and tax advisors to ensure that all aspects of your lifetime plan and investment portfolio are consistent with your legal, estate and tax planning needs.
