Ms. Dudley joined the firm in 2026 and serves as the first point of contact for visitors to Ancora’s Cleveland headquarters. Abby assists with all front-of-house administrative needs, supporting Ancora’s Client Experience and Operations teams by providing exceptional relationship-building, problem-solving and client care. She has previous financial services experience as a customer service representative, new accounts clerk and administrative supervisor, and has a strong background in customer service with experience at KeyBank, PNC, Huntington Bank and The Ritz-Carlton.
