Brian Spear
Managing Director, Employee Benefits
Mr. Spear leads the employee benefits team with a focus on group health and other employee benefits sales. Brian co-founded Alpha Property & Casualty in 1999 and primarily served in sales leadership roles with the agency. He began his industry career as an independent insurance broker with the Alpha Group in 1994.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Dayton. Brian is an active member of the Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters Association as well as the National Association of Health Underwriters. He holds both Health & Life and HMO insurance licenses.
