Carolyn Lieser-Garcia, MBA
Senior Analyst, Billing & Revenue Operations
Ms. Lieser-Garcia joined Ancora in 2026 and manages billing and revenue operations for the firm’s finance department. Her responsibilities include owning the quarterly client billing process from preparation through execution, cash receipt application, reconciliation of management fee receipts, oversight of open receivables, and support of month-end close and reporting.
Prior to joining Ancora, Carolyn spent nine years as a senior billing analyst with SIRVA, Inc., where she managed the financial activities of client relocation programs, including invoicing, reconciliation, auditing of client financial data and detailed client reporting. That experience has given Carolyn a detail-driven approach to process improvement, financial controls, and cross-functional collaboration, which she brings to her work with relationship managers and operations teams across the firm. Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wittenberg University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University.
