Cindy Flynn
Chief Experience Officer
Ms. Flynn joined Ancora in 2024 and serves as a Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer for the firm, part of the executive leadership team. Cindy’s primary responsibility is to strategically plan and oversee the execution of initiatives for Ancora’s Family Wealth division. This involves overseeing and enhancing both client and employee experiences to foster a culture of positivity, engagement and excellence.
Cindy has had a progressive career in the financial services industry prior to joining Ancora. Her experience at the senior leadership level includes time with Key Bank, Charter One Financial, Citizens Financial Group, Ohio Savings Bank, NYCB and Union Home Mortgage. She has been responsible for building brands, creating successful business growth strategies and developing marketing and communication strategies, all with a client-centric mindset.
Cindy graduated from Southern Methodist University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services. Cindy is very involved in the Northeast Ohio community and serves on the boards of several organizations, including University Hospitals, the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission and Ancora’s Mutual Fund Board.
