Connor Mackovjak, AIF®

Mr. Mackovjak joined Ancora in 2018 to manage relationships with and advise Ancora’s individual, institutional and retirement plan clients, helping them to reach their financial goals. Prior to joining Ancora, Connor spent five years at John Hancock as a Registered Financial Representative. During that time, he was a 2016 and 2017 recipient of the John Hancock Financial Services “Best in Class” award. Other professional experience includes a commercial real estate broker position with Jones Lang LaSalle as well as an equipment leasing position with ePlus Inc. in Washington, D.C.
Connor earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton. While at Dayton, Connor was a wide receiver for their Division 1, AA football team as well as a Cadet with the University’s ARMY ROTC program. Upon graduating, Connor was commissioned as an officer in the Ohio ARMY National Guard where he is currently an operations officer and battle captain for the Homeland Response Force (HRF). Connor is also the co-founder and co-owner of a local transportation service company. Connor holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation and serves on the Finance Committee and Board of Directors for Incarnate Word Academy, the Board of Directors for Boy Scouts of America and is a proud member of Bluecoats. Bluecoats is a charitable organization devoted exclusively to the well-being of families of safety officers who have lost their lives, or have become permanently and totally disabled and incapacitated, in the line of duty.
