Mr. Del Rosso joined Ancora in 2025 and serves as the firm’s CRM administrator, supporting the ongoing development, governance, adoption and user experience of the firm’s Microsoft Dynamics-based CRM platform. Gino brought more than 20 years of information technology experience and over a decade specializing in Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Prior to joining Ancora, Gino served as a Dynamics 365 solution architect at Plus+ Consulting (ivision), leading full-lifecycle delivery efforts across requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, development, deployment and training. He contributed to approximately 30 CRM implementations across a range of industries and organization sizes, partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions that improved workflow efficiency, data integrity, reporting and end-user experience. His experience includes complex integrations, security model design and process automation within Dynamics 365. Gino has a strong skill set in translating business requirements into scalable designs and practical implementations that integrate seamlessly across the Microsoft technology stack.
