Account Manager, Employee Benefits
Ms. Green joined Ancora in 2023 to assist the employee benefits team with client management, benefits administration and education. Her goal is to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience. Prior to Ancora, Jordan served as an assistant client services specialist with Todd Associates where she worked alongside account managers to help shop and distribute employee benefits packages. She also has prior experience in retail. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Cleveland State University.
