Katie Ricotti
Assistant Vice President, HR Generalist
Katie Ricotti joined Ancora in 2014 and currently serves as the Human Resources Generalist for the firm. Katie focuses on supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding, benefits administration and performance management to payroll administration. In addition, Katie enjoys serving on Ancora’s Event Planning committee and working on initiatives to improve and maintain culture and wellness in the workplace. Ms. Ricotti previously worked as an Executive Assistant at RF Management and assisted in commercial property management.
Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University.
