Lance Ference, AIF®
Vice President, Retirement Plan Education Specialist
Mr. Ference joined Ancora in 2023 and is responsible for providing education and enrollment assistance to participants in retirement plans managed by Ancora’s Retirement Plans division. Lance supports the division’s clients and their participants through onsite educational meetings and assisting participants with the management of their employer-sponsored retirement plans.
Prior to joining Ancora, Lance spent the last four years with A&M Financial Group as an investment advisor representative, specializing in small business retirement plans. He also has previous experience with MetLife Resources and Horace Mann. Lance earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Education from Cleveland State University.
