Lisa O’Toole
Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits
Ms. O’Toole manages the Employee Benefits service team, part of Ancora Insurance Solutions. She has served in account management roles since joining Alpha Insurance Group in 2007. Lisa began her industry career in 1997 at Emerald Health, serving as a Marketing Coordinator and later on as a Broker Liaison. She also worked as a Benefits Consultant for a number of years.
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Ohio University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She holds Life & Health and HMO insurance licenses and is also a member of the Ohio Health Underwriters Association and the National Health Underwriters Association.
