Ms. Ebner’s primary focus is client management, along with benefits administration, education and building business relationships. She aims to provide successful ongoing service and an outstanding customer experience. Margaret has many years of experience in the insurance industry as a licensed agent, bringing extensive knowledge of employee benefits and risk management. She joined Alpha Insurance Group in 2013 after beginning her insurance career as a customer service professional at Sun Life Financial, managing benefit programs and supporting HR teams for companies of various sizes across Northern Ohio. Margaret previously worked in a marketing role for an independent insurance brokerage firm.
Margaret holds Life and Health insurance licenses and holds a Health Insurance Associate (HIA®) designation.
