Nellie Kondratyuk
Assistant Vice President, Financial Accountant
Ms. Kondratyuk joined Ancora in 2024 as an accountant in the firm’s finance department. Nellie works cross-departmentally to deliver insights and actionable analyses with the goal of improving business performance. Prior to joining Ancora, Nellie worked as a senior financial accountant with McGowan Insurance, where she was responsible for reconciliation of bank accounts, month-end closing tasks and various reporting functions. She began her industry career in 2020 with VRassets as a logistic analyst and spent time with Equity Trust as an accounts receivable specialist.
Nellie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in General Business with minors in Finance and Accounting from Cleveland State University.
