Mr. Connolly joined Ancora in 2025 and focuses on sales in the employee benefits space. Prior to joining Ancora, Ryan worked in sales and business development at Bravo Wellness, a subsidiary of Medical Mutual, building broker relationships and bringing in new accounts. He began his career at Maxim Health Information Services recruiting for the healthcare industry. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
