Scott Misischia
Vice President, Corporate Development
Mr. Misischia is responsible for growth initiatives within the insurance division. His primary focus is on the division’s talent recruitment, agency acquisition and sales opportunity development. Scott has spent over two decades in top-performing sales and sales management positions with Anthem BCBS where he was responsible for sales, retention and service strategies, along with collaboratively managing clients and brokers while leading the distribution channel. He is known for his creative approaches and his relationship building strategies for long-term solutions to client needs.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in Public Speaking and a minor in Business Management from Baldwin Wallace College. He holds Health, Life, HMO, Property & Casualty licenses. He is a former member of the board of trustees of the National Organization of Health Underwriters.
