Sierra Huff
Assistant Vice President, Retirement Plan Operations
Ms. Huff joined Ancora in 2025 and supports the operational needs of Ancora’s Retirement Plans team, its clients and their third-party service providers. Prior to joining Ancora, Sierra managed a portfolio of defined benefit and 401(k) clients at Ascensus. She also has experience as a defined benefits specialist at Charles Schwab, performing pension calculations and administering plans. Sierra began her career as an actuarial intern at Findley, Inc. supporting government filings and benefit calculations. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science with a minor in Business from The Ohio State University.
