Tom Kropf
Head of Client Operations
Mr. Kropf joined Ancora in 2004 and currently serves as Head of Client Operations, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Client Operations. In his current role, Tom provides strategic leadership and oversight for Ancora’s Private Wealth and institutional client operations teams, helping ensure the firm’s operations and service consistently meet the high standards expected by clients and advisors. Tom is responsible for overseeing key aspects of the client operations function, including team leadership and development, operational processes, advisor support and the delivery of a seamless and exceptional client experience. He also plays an integral role in onboarding and developing new team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and service excellence across the organization.
Prior to joining Ancora, Tom served as marketing director at Merrill Lynch for three years, where he was responsible for developing, coordinating and promoting financial seminars and educational events. Earlier in his career, he spent five years as vice president of Kropf Public Relations, Inc., where he developed extensive experience in strategic communications, marketing and public relations. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism.
