Ancora, a Cleveland-based provider of comprehensive investment advisory, wealth management, employee benefits and insurance solutions to individuals and institutions nationwide, is happy to announce the appointments of Kevin Gale and Michael Santelli as Co-Chief Investment Officers of the firm.

Their appointment will allow me to focus my time more completely on my role as President of Ancora,” said John Micklitsch, who Kevin and Michael are succeeding as CIO. Santelli joined the firm in 2014 as an equity portfolio manager and later led one of the firm’s equity strategies. Michael began his career in fixed income research on Wall Street. He then spent 18 years at PNC Financial Services Group in their institutional investment management unit. Michael is a graduate of The George Washington University and the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Gale joined the firm in 2019 as a fixed income portfolio manager and later became Head of Fixed Income at Ancora. Kevin spent 19 years in fixed income and risk management at KeyBank, where he was also a member of the Asset Allocation Committee at Key Private Bank. Kevin is a graduate of The Ohio State University and Cleveland State University.
