For the Weatherhead award, growth is measured by revenue from 2012 to 2016, and the list comprises of companies that have had sales of at least $100,000 in 2012 and a minimum of 16 full-time employees. In 2016, these companies have each had a minimum of $1 million in sales. The Weatherhead 100 is sponsored by the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
